Company Information

March 1955 Started as a maintenance management department of the management division since the opening of the Tokyo Sankei Building. This department was responsible for maintenance management of equipment such as buildings, air-conditioning, sanitation, building environment sanitation, electricity, and fire prevention in addition to safety and security management inside and outside of buildings as well as cleaning management.
March 1977 Became independent from The Sankei Building Co., Ltd. Established as Sankei Building Management Co., Ltd with 10,000,000 yen in capital.
February 1984 Fully invested in Otemachi Service Co., Ltd. (cleaning alongside human resource staffing services) to transition the company to a wholly-owned subsidiary.
July 1987 Participated in the establishment of Sernuc Corporation (capital 10,000,000 yen), which primarily conducts radiological protection and decontamination businesses, with Mitsubishi Materials
October 1995 Capital increase of 30,000,000 yen
October 1997 Moved head office to Minato-ku, Tokyo.
December 2000 Moved head office to Chiyoda-ku (Otemachi), Tokyo.
March 2001 Transfer of all shares of Otemachi Services Co., Ltd. to The Sankei Building Co., Ltd.
April 2001 Established an independent management organization of the cleaning department upon acquiring operational rights of the maintenance division of Otemachi Services Co., Ltd.
September 2002 Merged with Sankei Building Management Co., Ltd. (Osaka) and changed company name to The Sankei Building Maintenance Service Co., Ltd. (60,000,000 yen in capital after merger)
November 2002 Moved head office to Chiyoda-ku (Uchi-Kanda), Tokyo.
April 2004 Acquired ISO9001 certification.
August 2005 Transferred Osaka Branch Office to Naniwa-ku, Osaka
September 2005 Moved head office to Chiyoda-ku (Yurakucho), Tokyo.
August 2007 Acquired ISO14001 certification.
July 2013 Merged with Sankei Building Management Co., Ltd. and changed company name to Sankei Building Management Co., Ltd.
July 2014 Moved head office to Chiyoda-ku (Kanda-Surugadai), Tokyo.
September 2015 We established a joint venture named `VISAHO JOINT STOCK COMPANY`.
July 2022 Moved head office to Minato-ku (Nishishinbashi), Tokyo.
